Who You Are
1-4 Partners
Your firm should have 1-4 equity partners. If you have more, you may still qualify but we'll need to have a deeper conversation about alignment. Up to 4 principals may participate in Boardroom from each firm.
$1m-$10m revenue
If you already have an established Consulting firm generating over $1m per year and you want to take it to the next level fast, then this may be for you. If you're over $10m, we can look at something different. Apply anyway.
5-50 employees
You have a team and you want to grow their capabilities with efficiency and leverage. Maybe you have one or two "rainmakers" already and you want to sharpen their skills and improve their win rate.
Qualification Criteria
There is a qualification process for each member firm. I personally deliver the Boardroom program with our Director of Training, Theresa French, and we only work with a maximum of 64 firms at any time.
Boardroom is for ambitious, established and coachable Consulting firm principals from around the world. It’s very exciting, it produces unprecedented results for you, but it’s not for everyone.
Who it's NOT for:
- Consulting firms that have a track record of FTI – Failure To Implement.
- Beginner boutique consulting firms – you need to have already implemented the basics.
- Small boutique consulting firms – you need to be established and have at least US $1 million in annual revenue.
- Large boutique consulting firms – if you’re over $10 million then we can look at something different – apply anyway.
Who it is for:
- Ambitious firms – who want to dominate and double or triple profit in the near future.
- A good firm now – measured by awards, good KPI’s or what you have already implemented.
- Sharer – must be willing to share IP with other firms. No give, no get!
- Implementer – must have a track record of implementation.
- Good people who are fun to work with!
Format
The format of the program is the ‘secret sauce’ that makes the Boardroom program work so well. When we get to speak we’ll give you the exact format in detail and we’ll see if it works for you. Rest assured the format is the right mix of in-person and online coaching, guided implementation, networking and 1:1 support. We work with you every month until your goals are met.
Guarantee
This program is not cheap. It’s not designed to be. The 1,800+ clients I have already coached have added an average $125k per month in new deals so they know my methods work. I know how to grow your consulting business.
However, (at this stage) you don’t know if our methodology, training, and tools are going to work for you. To eliminate risk and make you 100% comfortable, we are prepared to guarantee your results. You read that correctly: We guarantee to grow your consulting business.
If you implement everything you commit to (as guided by us) then we will guarantee a 5X return on your investment. If you implement everything and do not get a 5X return each year in Boardroom, we will refund that year's annual fee in full.

The next step after your application will be a decision call via Zoom with me and all of your shareholders or leadership team. I’ll have more questions for you so I can get a ‘feel’ for your firm and if you’re a great fit for the other firms we are working with.
Once we both agree that it’s going to work, you’ll sign up and we’ll get started when there is a vacancy.
